We pride ourselves on being available for the customer during the whole procedure. Due to the hands-on nature of an installation, it is crucial that the client receives face-to-face and phone support guidance through every step of the processes. To maximize the efficiency for both us and the customer, we have decided to designate a service and delivery team to manage the physical tasks associated with instrument installations. We are in constant communication with the customer and service team, providing both with all necessary documentation and materials needed to complete installation.   • New clients receive all necessary documentation from Seroclinix\u2019s Install Coordinator:<\/span>
    • Customer form<\/span><\/li>
    • Checklists<\/span><\/li>
    • Preinstall documents<\/span><\/li>
    • Staffing information<\/span><\/li>
    • CLIA requirements<\/span><\/li>
    • Facility requirements<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Client will review documentation:<\/span>
      • Client will fund order and Seroclinix will place order for instrument that will be sent to delivery team (transit times are about a week)<\/span><\/li>
      • The delivery team provides a white glove service<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
