Installation Services

Seroclinix’s installation services have helped healthcare professionals and physician offices open fully certified/accredited labs by setting up instruments and complying with all lab standards. We pride ourselves on being available for the customer during the whole procedure. Due to the hands-on nature of an installation, it is crucial that the client receives face-to-face and phone support guidance through every step of the processes. To maximize the efficiency for both us and the customer, we have decided to designate a service and delivery team to manage the physical tasks associated with instrument installations. We are in constant communication with the customer and service team, providing both with all necessary documentation and materials needed to complete installation. Our applications specialists and technicians are available to the customer throughout the whole process.

Installation Process Overview

Pre-Installation

4 to 6 weeks before installation:

  • New clients receive all necessary documentation from Seroclinix’s Install Coordinator:
    • Customer form
    • Checklists
    • Preinstall documents
    • Staffing information
    • CLIA requirements
    • Facility requirements
  • Client will review documentation:
    • Client will fund order and Seroclinix will place order for instrument that will be sent to delivery team (transit times are about a week)
    • The delivery team provides a white glove service

 

2 to 3 weeks before Installation:

  • Kits are ordered prior to instrument delivery
  • Install Coordinator to review installation checklist:
    • Makes sure client receives necessary lab equipment and accessories
    • Coordinates who will be purchasing all necessary items
    • Makes sure client fulfills all CLIA requirements

Install Team

  • The delivery and install team will drive to the client site on Monday
  • Tuesday morning is dedicated for set up
  • Tuesday afternoon, training and installation begins
  • Wednesday and Thursday are dedicated to complete installation

Post Installation

  • 5 – 7 day process where Seroclinix technicians and applications specialists provide continuous support until completion
  • Live testing is a 5 – 10 day process
  • LIMS integration consists of a 5-10 day integration process
