He was the former Country Manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific where he was involved in two corporate acquisitions. With experience in Private Equity funding, he has extensive experience in the medical/diagnostic business and new product development

Kwan is responsible for regulatory affairs, quality assurance and control and ensures all Seroclinix products comply with all appropriate standards and regulations.

Kwan brings 8+ years in the IVD medical device industry and is an experienced professional in quality assurance and regulatory affairs. He possesses extensive knowledge of production and development of lateral flow immunoassay. Kwan has successfully helped companies obtain ISO 13485 QMS Certifications, US 510(k) clearance, and product registrations in international markets.
