Product Support Policy

Product Recall and Safety Information Policy
If any of our products are recalled our compliance with applicable ISO quality standards ensures that Seroclinix and its affiliates have approved measures in place to ensure all end users are contacted as per all relevant International, Federal, Provincial, or State Regulations.
Deposits and Pre-Orders Policy
Upon paying a deposit for the pre-order customers will be notified via e-mail within 5 to 7 business days regarding date of shipping. Final payments for the balance of the product, applicable taxes and delivery costs are due prior to shipping. If a delay arises for any reason, foreseen or unforeseen, and the estimated shipment for the Product are not met, we will not be responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay or cancellation of the Product, and we will not be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays or cancellations.
In addition, if we cannot deliver the Products you Pre-Ordered, you will receive an email from us at your registered email address informing you that your Pre-Order has been cancelled and we will refund the deposit payment you have made in accordance with the rules of our payment processor.
Orders are processed as they come in and shipped within 5-7 business days. If an item is not available and/or cannot be shipped, the customer is notified via email. Seroclinix cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
US and Canadian Orders
Shipping and applicable import duties are determined at the time of checkout. We use UPS and Fedex for U.S and Canadian orders. Note: US orders are fulfilled through our US location and Canadian orders are fulfilled through our Canadian location.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
We use International DHL for shipping.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Seroclinix is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 1.877.453.0537 with details of the product and the defect.
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Please report the details immediately to the carrier and contact our Customer Service Department. Damaged or missing goods must be reported immediately upon receipt. Please note any damage or poor box conditions when signing for packages. If shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Save product packaging. All shipping charges and risk of loss are the responsibility of the purchaser.
It is our policy not to accept the return of any merchandise without first having called for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). We will supply you with an RGA#, which must be displayed on the outside of each carton. Our receiving department has been instructed to refuse all unauthorized returns. Products must be returned with the original packaging
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement because of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Change or Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your order for any reason, you must contact us at 1.877.453.0537 within 2hrs from the time the order was placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
Warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Please note warranty information included in product description where applicable. Seroclinix will assist in the coordination of warranty repairs with the manufacturer and in many cases, will repair or replace merchandise as required on behalf of the manufacturer. Please call for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) prior to shipping items for warranty or repair.
